"We're starting to get requests, which is really exciting. I'm doing a roadshow, but I'm at the mercy of everyone's schedules, so I told the leaders I'd do one-on-one, five-minute walkthroughs with anyone who needs to request a reference before their training. I did my first one yesterday with Ken, a sales rep, and he said, 'Wow, this is just so much easier, this is going to save me so much time.' I'm going to put that in the slide deck. It's great to see it land, because now reps don't have to ping a CSM and ask what would be a good reference, it's just, here's the list, go forth and conquer."
