We were using a tool called SaaSquatch which was very expensive and it only handled referrals. And so, we really needed a tool that could grow our referral program and SaaSquatch couldn't do a lot of these updates. We wanted to make, we decided to move to SlapFive because we really wanted to have one centralized platform spot. SlapFive is very customizable which was very important for us. We have lots of different ways people can refer business within our referral programs and a lot of the referral tools can't match us to what the type of customizations we would like to make. We also really, just needed to have a tool that could handle referrals, references, content, campaigns and so SlapFive really stood out because it was one platform that could handle and do all of those advocacy activities. We also chose SlapFive because we were really hoping to add in lots of the AI capabilities. And so we're looking forward to being able to match references automatically filter through, who's done activities for us, like going to CABs or done videos, being able to target those customers.
