Chris, the new CEO asked Chris, our VP to present on the impact of our advocacy program and he was really impressed on what she presented to him. Obviously there's a huge impact to sales that's happening and it's positive. Preliminary sales velocity and win rates... Deals that have references vs not, we have a 50% win rate on deals with a reference call vs 20% without. The speed, we have 160 average days with a reference to close versus 250 without. The general ARR impact is really significant. The dashboards are great, we've already started building an enterprise one compared to mid-market and SMB, so reporting is getting a lot of attention right now, which is really good.
