Advice to someone thinking about starting with SlapFive

A

Hey, my name is Andrew Sevilla, and I lead a customer marketing and advocacy at uipath. I'm going to spend a few minutes, just sharing my thoughts and feelings on. Why companies should consider slap five as the vendor of choice, for launching and scaling, a customer advocacy program. So, first and foremost, I want to, I want to make it clear that that slap five got its start with voice of the customer content creation. And so they really and the power of the voice of the customer and how to leverage that voice across a lot of different mediums. So you know, video written what, you know, various opportunities across the web, right to to highlight and promote your customers, their success. And what they've been able to accomplish with the goal of positioning, your customers as thought, leaders and Industry experts, and helping them, hopefully advance in their career in game or no. Ready for, what they've accomplished. So the other thing I want to mention is that the you know, the idea of asking your customers to log into another portal right, on top of all of the applications and and places, I guess across the internet, where they're where they're logging in, whether their productivity tools or, you know, tools that they log into for work on a daily basis and then outside of that, you know, all of the applications and tools that they use in their Personal lives. So asking your customers to log into another application. Just seems like a burden, right? And I don't really want to put that burden on my customers. So what we chose was the path where you know, advocacy is sort of destination list and, you know, they the people had slap five had sort of perfected, how to, you know, leverage and harness and activate your customers to act as advocates, without necessarily needing. You to log into another application. So you know, what resonated with me and slap five was their approach to Progressive profiling and so you know, capturing all of this insight and intelligence and data on who are your customers? Who are your Advocates? What are their preferences? How often would they like to, you know, be involved? What are the sorts of Acts of advocacy that really, you know, that they want to take take being part of? And so, So, you know, I like this approach to sort of a light touch to how you engage with customers and how you activate them and incorporate them into the things you're doing from a sales and marketing perspective.
