Advice to someone thinking about starting with SlapFive

My advice for someone early in their career, and really my advice to anybody doing this is you have really find the people inside the organization who need what you are creating. And once you identify who those people are, you need to set up 30 minutes and the agenda is just for you to listen to what problems they are facing. And I think the more you can create those connections across the organization and solve problems that people who are on the ground are having, the better you will be at your job.
