Advice to someone thinking about starting with SlapFive

A

Even before you start looking for a tool, you have to be clear on what your strategy is and what you're hoping to accomplish. And not just what the community marketing or the customer advocacy group wants to accomplish. But what the organization is trying to accomplish because your goals have to be in support of those goals. Otherwise, you just won't be able to sustain the funding for an initiative. Like this. The important part is an initiative. Like this takes really Ali, I believe it's going to take years to really cultivate and make this something that is a muscle inside the organization, start with your strategy first and then you're not just looking for software. You're looking for a partner, a person or a company that has people inside of it that understand what you're trying to accomplish and can be connected to those goals. And be a part of your team. I mean, that's what I feel. Like, slap five is. I'm a team of one, but I have slap five as a team to help me move faster, that partnership is really important.
