A

You want to know what your customers, think you have to talk to them? You have to establish line of communication, you have to speak their language and oftentimes this is industry specific. You know, we have construction Edition and those guys speak a whole different language than the guys that are doing manufacturing. So you have to talk to them and hear what they're saying, and accept it. There's no way you're going to Intuit this or gain it to ESP. You have to engage in a dialogue and address their concerns. You're going to be tempted to Outsource this effort, but the closer you keep it to home the better. And slap five is a fine example of one that keeps it close to home. They provide you tools and the scripts to go talk to your customers with. It's not as though you're removed from the process and they're out Gathering up everything and some sanitized version to you. If you can't answer into one of these customer success, programs don't start in the Dark Ages. Don't start with the traditional four-page case study that you farm out to a writer, who does a phone interview and then editor edits it and then you go through this whole thing and proudly display your situation solution. Benefit case study along with its matching PowerPoint. Then you're going to graduate to professionally produced three to five minute video and inevitably will read like an infomercial. And none of that stuff's going to land very well. People are deaf to these efforts. It's mimicry, right? It's it's translating translation. It's not authentic customer voice. It's not from the horse's mouth, and there's a whole layer of disintermediation there. That that any perspective, customer can sniff out and, and turn his nose up at you need to make it engaging informal personal. And again, speaking their language, you want to have Someone a customer in a specific industry. Speaking about specific industry, pain points to a prospective customer who was all in that industry. Now you have a home run. Slap five is is designed for specifically that they're getting people to speak in their natural voice to pressing, buyer concerns.
