Advice to someone thinking about starting with SlapFive

A

Why are we doing all this one to one activity? It's not efficient, it's not productive. You'll never get rid of the one-to-one request, but you can subsidize that with a recorded reference Our customers, like it because they're not getting called as many times as they used to. And we're answering all the questions. That they would normally get on a call. We were at, how would you improve your program? And this is one of the ways I said, well, we can improve productivity, I would tell them stop thinking of one-to-one. And start thinking of a solution that is scalable, a recorded reference that answers all the questions that you would have on that private phone call is scalable. and the fact that you keep it private and secure you, Keep that promise to your reference. Customer are you Measuring Revenue that you supported from these calls. Are you measuring? Time saved. Make sure you can measure that a recorded reference is available 24/7. And that's the one to many solution.
